1-\tProviding priority in reserving halls and distinguished places on the exhibition grounds, and allowing it to choose the appropriate places to set up its pavilions among the vacant places.
2-\tCarrying out the protocol procedures related to the official participation of countries and according to the rules in force of our company, which include:

-\tRaising the flag of the participating country among the flags of the participating countries near the main gate of the exhibition and at the entrance to the hall that hosts its pavilion, inside the pavilion, and in other places of the exhibition.
\n
-\tAllowing holding ceremonies to celebrate the National Day, which includes raising the flag of the two countries with the playing of the national anthem for them in the presence of officials from the pavilion of that country and its diplomats working in the country and officials from our company in addition to other figures who wish to attend these ceremonies with the establishment of a special event for this occasion inside or outside the land of The exhibition and it is all done in cooperation and coordination with our company.

-\tOur company sends invitations to the responsible ministers, heads of agencies, general managers, and others to visit the pavilion of that country to view or to attend the meetings that the pavilion wants to hold, whether inside or outside the exhibition grounds, with full cooperation regarding other arrangements required to hold such meetings.

-\tThe Official pavilions of countries garner media attention more than other participating parties, which is represented by the media\u2019s visit to those pavilions and holding meetings with officials and participants in it, and transmitting their news, events, and activities through those media and on the main pages of the daily newspaper of the Baghdad International Fair.

7-\tAttaining the brand's reputation and enhancing its position in the competitive market.

8-\tThe information of the participating companies and the services they provide will be published in the brochure that will be issued by the exhibition management, which will be distributed over fifty thousand copies to visitors, government institutions, and private sector companies.

9-\tRaising the name and services of the participating companies on the exhibition website for a whole year.
\n
10-\tObtaining a promotional campaign for a full year on the exhibition\u2019s social networking sites after the exhibition ends with the services of the participating companies interactively displaying, 60-second motion graphics.

11-\tPrinting the name and logo of the participating companies in all publications that will be distributed during the preparatory period and which will be distributed at a rate of one hundred thousand publications in Basra Governorate.

12-\tThe flag of the participating companies will be raised in the front yard of the exhibition grounds during the days of the activities accompanying the exhibition.
\n
13-\tdelegation members of the participating companies will be able to participate in all the activities associated with the exhibition.
\n
14-\tHeads of delegations participating in the exhibition will be able to take a morning tour of successful investment projects and proposed investment opportunities with a lunch attended by government officials.

15-\tThe participants in the accompanying investment evening, which will be held within the activities of the first day, will be able to attend with government agencies to learn about the proposed investment opportunities in government institutions and the private sector. Attention by an administrative and legal team from the committee supervising the exhibition after the end of its activities.
