Instructions for booking the pavilion within the GIRS

1- The minimum area of the pavilion is 12 square meters.
2- A ready-made pavilion is provided by us to the participating companies. and it includes the following:

- A one-meter Table per 12 square meters.
- Two plastic chairs per 12 square meters.
- One wastebasket for every 12 square meters.
- Three Spot light fixtures with a total capacity of (180) watts per 12 square meters.
- One extension board with a length of (3) meters and a capacity of (5) amps for every 12 square meters.
- Printing the Arabic name of the participating company in the exhibition in a form of a black adhesive sticker on the melamine board, it also could be written in English depending on the requirements of the pavilion owner, and it could be made in more than one copy which will be depending on the pavilion area.
- The mentioned above materials are for the equipped pavilion with an area of 12 square meters, and if the area is increased to be multiples of 12, the materials are added to it in double, and if the pavilion owner desires additional tables or chairs there will be additional fees calculated for that, the price list shall be reviewed.


3- Participating ministries, government agencies, and institutions, which have investment opportunities, The investment opportunities you wish to announce at the exhibition will be received, and our company will organize a presentation by all modern means free of charge for advertising and receiving requests for the interest of the participants to hold side meetings the next day in the exhibition or the meeting rooms approved by the Preparatory Committee.

4- In the event of reserving a space, the participant is obligated to send the design of the distinguished pavilion for approval by the technical committee of the General Company for Trade Fairs.

5- distinguished pavilion/if the participating entity in the exhibition requests to provide a distinguished pavilion for it, the technical department in our company would implement it and the cost of implementation depends on the design approved by the company that owns the pavilion, as well as our technical department can suggest a design to the entity and then implement it After approval of the design.

6- The entity that is wishing to implement the distinctive pavilion decoration for the exhibition shall adhere to the following:

- Presenting the decoration design to the technical department of our company for approval by the Design Division in the General Company for Trade Fairs before starting implementation. If there are comments so the comments should be taken by the owner of the distinguished suite, moreover the site is not handed over to the organizer until after the final approval of the design. Which is based on taking into account the safety aspects and not harming the hall and not affecting the rest of the participants.
- It is not allowed to manufacture the distinguished pavilion inside the entire exhibition grounds, and the participating party in the exhibition is obliged to manufacture the distinguished pavilion using interconnected pieces to be assembled only inside the hall using screws only. It is forbidden to use any other than screwdrivers inside the exhibition grounds.
- It is banned to use paint by a spray-painting compressor, paint must be done using a brush or roller exclusively while assuring not to cause any damage to the floor and walls of the hall.
- It is unauthorized to use any cutting or softening machines inside the hall to keep cooling and dusting devices from dust and dust resulting from work.
- The entity that owns the distinguished pavilion is obligated to remove the remnants of the decoration works carried out by it (inside or outside the hall) at least one day before the commencement of the exhibition.
- Participating companies that agree with decoration offices and other companies, the working hours to implement the decoration of their special pavilion are (12) hours from eight in the morning until eight in the evening, and the participating entity is committed to completing the implementation of its distinguished pavilion at least (48) hours before the opening of the exhibition for the cleaning work of the hall and its carpeting In the event of continuing to work after this date, a fine of one million and five hundred dinars shall be imposed on the local participants and one thousand five hundred dollars for the Arab or foreign participants.
- Whenever the decoration of the distinctive suite exceeds (3 meters); an additional fee will be imposed which is (75%) of the fee for the allocated space.
- Not to use the ready-made pavilion as a platform for selling products.

7- If the participating party desires to sell the goods directly, the approval of the Preparatory Committee shall be obtained to allow the sold goods to be removed from the exhibition land, which is considered customs land.

8- If the participating party wishes to provide some advantages in the field of (travel/hotel accommodation / internal transportation/printing and advertising/hospitality services/reception and farewell) it can request that from the preparatory committee for the exhibition and they will be provided with all the support they need.

9- It is not allowed to raise or remove the pavilion until after the exhibition ends.

Important Note

It is not allowed to cause any damage to the components of the prefab suite, such as perforating, pressing, painting, coloring, writing on them, or any damage from sticking posters, or carrying out construction works close to them, or adding clips to them to increase their height, or using the walls of the wing to hang heavy exhibits, which leads to due to the instability of the decoration, and our company has the right to remove it, and the owner of the suite bears the costs of damages that may be incurred.
